Lab Grown vs Mined Diamond

We cater to any individual, dealer, retailer, or manufacturer. Let's simplify the process and help you find the perfect stone today

  • Laboratory Grown

Lab-grown diamonds, or man made diamonds, are 100% real diamonds that are chemically, physically, and visually identical to earth-mined diamonds. Many consider lab-grown diamonds the future of the industry, since, unlike mined diamonds, lab-grown diamonds are guaranteed conflict free. Lab-grown diamonds are eco-friendly and up to 75% cheaper than its natural counterpart. There are two types of lab-grown diamonds: CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition), which has a cubic shape and one direction of growth, and HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature), which has a cuboctahedron shape and 14 directions of growth. CVD and HPHT diamonds come with high color, high clarity and at a competitive rate compared to mined diamonds. Our lab-grown diamonds have the exact same chemical composition and hardness as mined diamonds.  The United States FTC (Federal Trade Commission) has classified all laboratory grown diamonds as ‘diamonds.’ The FTC states that a diamond is a diamond no matter whether it is grown in a lab or comes out of the ground.

All laboratory grown diamonds are GENUINE diamonds with many added bonuses. With the increased demand of laboratory grown diamonds, we pride ourselves by being a premier supplier of CVD and HPHT diamonds.

  • Mined Diamond

Mined diamonds are the traditional option for diamonds, but there are many down-sides to keep in mind with a mined diamond, such as the unethical practices and human rights’ violations involved in sourcing the diamond, the inability to fully guarantee conflict-free, high prices, and environmental impact. Many younger generations opt for lab-grown diamonds over earth-mined diamonds due to the sustainability and guarantee that no humans suffer in the sourcing of the diamond.
